Pasta Salad with Shrimp
1 box of pasta
Frozen pre cooked shrimp
Onions, finely chopped (optional)
Bell Peppers, finely chopped (optional)
Prepare pasta as directed. Drain and run under cold water. Drain again.
Be sure to thaw and then peal and de-vain your shrimp. Chop up your shrimp, onions and peppers. Add to a big bowl. Add pasta. Add ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Pull out of fridge. Stir again. You may want to add some more ranch. Mix again. And put back in fridge for at least an hour before serving.
