Welcome to “A Zebra’s Life”! You may be asking yourself, why did you name your blog “A Zebra’s Life”? I have EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome). I’ve been living with EDS for over 30 years but only diagnosed in 2010. It’s a rare condition. In medicine, the term “zebra” is used in reference to a rare disease or condition. So EDS sufferers are known as medical zebras.

There is not a day that goes by that I’m not in pain, somewhere in my body or something has been dislocated. So I have been unable to work for a while now. I needed something to help keep me busy when I’m stuck in bed on my bad days. A blog sounded like a fun idea. I have a few other sites that I run that have to do with my hometown, but I wanted something just for me. A site to share things that I find entertaining and/or informative.
I receive a lot of products to test for free and review. A lot of those reviews will be posted here. I love to cook and create new recipes, those will be shared on this site. I’m also a wife & mom, so any tips and tricks or ideas I may have, I’ll write about them here.
Plus, from time to time, I hope to blog about my daily struggles with Ehlers-Danlos, Fibromyalgia and Endometriosis.
So let’s have a little fun… If you like what you see, please share with your friends and family.
