Last year, I made a list for those of us that live with Chronic Pain. Click picture below to view that list, complete with links.
I wanted to create that list again this year, with any newer products that I have found over the past year. And there may be a few of the same products from last year, if they are still my favorites.
We spend a lot of time in bed and dealing with whatever flare or problem we are having that day. Many of these products I own and would recommend to anyone needing a little bit of relief. I have links to direct products or to a broader search. I hope or your loved ones are able to find an item or two that will help you make it through your day, just a little easier.
Every night, I wrap myself in the heating pad wrap. And then pull on the foot and leg massager. When I have those deep muscle problems, I pull out the massage gun or the Body Back Buddy to address that specific pain.
Teas are supposed to be good. I don’t drink it as much as I should, but I am hoping this winter I will try a lot more variety when it comes to my hot beverages.

There is a lot of resting, when it comes to chronic pain. An ipad is handy to have: log medication, record daily pain, watch a movie… you know what ipads are for. (Bigger than a phone, smaller than a laptop. Easier to carry around)

I have this shirt in 3 colors. My husband bought these for me, so I could wear this when I’m having a bad pain day and don’t want to have to explain anything… to anyone.
Other suggestions:
We spend a lot of time in bed. We need to be as comfy as we can and not have to move around too much. Sometimes, we just need to curl up in bed with a nice, soft blanket… cuddle up with some pillows and watch TV. Here are a few more suggestions for those “Bed Rest” days.
