Cooking outside, this time of year, helps keeping the temperature in the house down. Here in STL, we get some hot, humid days.

I use my Masterbuilt Electric Smoker for some things and everything else is with my new Blackstone 4 burner, (air fryer / pizza oven ).
I was lucky enough to receive this bad boy, for free, for product testing and reviewing purposes. The only thing I haven’t done yet, is cook a fresh pizza only the frozen, so far.

I absolutely love my new Blackstone and I love trying many new recipes on this fantastic griddle. I’ll post more recipes, as I grill.
Today will be marinated chicken tacos. I’ll post more on that recipe tomorrow.
