Getting back to it, again… finally

So at the beginning of last month, I got sick … again! And then my son got an ear infection. Then after that, Spring Break for the little one. Then a death in the family. Goodness, March/April has been a roller coaster. But things are settling down and I can get back to blogging.

So sorry for my absence but I had to prioritize.

Spring is here and the weather is great here in STL. I just finished planting my seedlings that I had been working on since January-ish. I’ll be able to start showing some pictures next week.

I’ve got the smoker going again, so I’ll try to post more recipes as I go. Tonight, I’m smoking a pork tenderloin.
