Slow Cooker Chili ~ #RecipeWednesday #Recipe ~ 1/15/23

It’s a snow day here in STL, and what better recipe to share than Chili!

Slow Cooker Chili

2 lbs ground beef
Season with salt & pepper

1 14.5 oz spaghetti sauce
1 can of petite diced tomatoes
1 can HOT Rotel
1 Onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 clove minced Garlic

2 T chili powder
1 1/2 t cumin
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper

  1. Brown meat with salt & pepper. Drain.
  2. Dice onions & bell pepper
  3. Add all ingredients, except beans to slow cooker.
  4. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours
    Turn slow cooker to HIGH (if not, already). Add rinsed beans. Stir well. Cook for additional 20
  5. Serve & Enjoy
