It’s been a while since I have had a good sleep. I toss and turn most nights. I sleep with my legs crossed, or arms up above my head, or twisted up. I can’t seem to get comfortable or sleep longer than 30-45 minutes before I need to adjust or turn.
I am on my second (recent) flare up from sleeping. Last week, I slept funny and I couldn’t move my neck for three days. I tried CBD salve, heat, massage, OTC pain reliever, muscle relaxer… nothing would work quickly. It was just a gradual release and finally I could move again.
This morning, woke up and can’t move my neck again. This is in a different spot and seems to be limiting my movement even more. Ugh. Super frustrating.
I do not know what I would do without some of my massagers and heaters. They do provide some relief and eventually help me get to where I need to be to function.
Searching for some help with sleep.
Something to help calm me and my body.
It could be a gummy, beverage, etc…
open to recommendations.
