I am obsessed with pork lately, especially pork tenderloin. Typically, I like to get a plain one and season it myself. But lately they haven’t had any at the store, up the street. So I have tried a couple different Smithfield pre-marinated pork tenderloins. The rotisserie and the roasted garlic cracked pepper are my go-tos right now. But they have soooooo many more I want to try.
I have to say my favorite is the Roasted Garlic & Cracked Pepper. I use apple wood and it tastes heavenly.

Add some apple cider (or apple juice) to the drip tray.

Set your smoker to 225. When smoker is ready, add your tenderloin to the rack. Insert a thermometer. Close smoker.

Add wood chips and do so every 45 minutes. My favorite is apple (with pork).

Your internal final temperature should be 145.

Remove, cover with foil and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
Slice and enjoy!
