Smoked Pork Tenderloin

Stopped at the grocery store this afternoon to find something to smoke for dinner. They didn’t have much to choose from. So I went with Smithfield Golden Rotisserie Pork Tenderloin. Usually, I get a plain tenderloin and rub it with my mix. But decided to try something a little different.

Set the smoker to 225 degrees. Add apple wood chips, every 45 mins until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.

Remove, cover and let sit for 20-30 minutes. Then slice.
