My new daily log sheet #chronicpain

I’ve tried so many different ways to log my issues, so I can keep a nice record of what is going on with this body. But every app or worksheet, covered more or other stuff I don’t want or need.

So I made my own, and feel that I’m more energized to complete it each day.

I have a KEY that I use, for anything with abbreviations. That is mostly for the medicine section. (Examples: MV – multivitamin, PR – pain reliever, MR – muscle relaxer …)

Here is an example: (*Tip: This one I slide into a sleeve protector, then use dry erase marker. Take pictures of your completed chart everyday, and save to a folder. )
