Cauliflower Breadless Breading ~ @DailyGoodieBox #FreeSamples

Packaging: Visually, I love the colors and fonts. Now, when it comes to resealing this packing… it needs serious help. The bits of breading get stuck in the zip track and won’t seal. I even clean out the zip track and it still popped open. Right now, I have two mini binder clips holding it closed.

Taste: I tasted the breading, just by itself, and this really packs a lemony punch. I decided to try it with some tilapia. It coated very easily. Next time, I will cook it on a little lower heat, to prevent burning. But it was a nice breading to a tasty fish.

Chronic Pain POV: Great alternative for breading. Use in air fryer for an even healthier meal.

Would I buy on my own? I might. My husband really likes lemon pepper seasoning and with it being made from cauliflower, it’s even healthier!
