Electrolyte Beverage
As we progress through the Fall/Winter Months, one of the products I like to keep stocked is an electrolyte beverage or powder. It helps keep me hydrated, especially when I get sick. This month, Daily Goodie Box sent a bottle of Electrolit Electrolyte Beverage: Orange Flavored. My son, wanted to try this one with me.
At first sip, it was VERY orange-y. More of a pure orange taste, than a “flavoring”. Little man said it tasted like orange juice and water, which is pretty close. I enjoyed the taste very much, and so did the little guy. He loved it.
So now, I have tried the Berry and the Orange and liked both. Can’t wait to try the other flavors!

Vanilla Nutmeg Cardamom Candle Tins
Another month full of amazing samples from Daily Goodie Box. This month, I received a Vanilla Nutmeg Cardamom Candle Tins, made by GoodLight. Initially, I noticed the adorable packaging. I like the size of the candle, not too big. I was also drawn to the Navy and Gold print and design.
Now, once I opened the lid…for me…that’s where it took a turn. I knew going into this, I probably wouldn’t be a fan of the scent. I don’t typically gravitate towards nutmeg or cardamom. When I make my pumpkin bread, I always add half the amount for nutmeg. So after opening, it was as expected… A beautiful scent, just not for me. I have already decided that I must send this one to my sister-in-law. They love these holiday scents and I’m sure they would get a lot of enjoyment out of this candle.

Free to Breathe Natural Decongestant
Here is another great product for the winter months. Daily Goodie Box sent a sample of Green Goo Free to Breathe Natural Decongestant .
This is definitely the season to try this decongestant. I have been sniffling a tad with the weather changes and I was super excited that I had this to try. Something different than the traditional rub. This has Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Lavender. It’s gives off a nice minty scent.
My nose is a tad stuffy, on this chilly fall morning. So let’s test this out. I applied a little, under my nose. The scent is nice. I only did a dab, because I don’t want that to be the only thing I smell. After a little bit, my nose cleared up some. I want to use this on my son and one of these nights before bed, see how well it works when the nose is super stuffed up. I like this product a lot!

Natural Eye & Brow Pencil
When it comes to make up, I have always been a minimalist. I wear stuff on my eyes and maybe lip gloss. But lately, I have been noticing that my eye brows have been fading. This month, Daily Goodie Box sent a Natural Eye & Brow Pencil by Rejuva Minerals . I was definitely curious how it would look.
So I applied it, lightly, to my brows and was surprised at how different I appeared. My son was standing right there and had a goofy look on his face. It was just dramatically different to a seven year old. I felt that I looked a bit younger, like I used to look in my twenties. I will keep this on hand for when I need to get all dressed up and look my best.

Mineral SPF 30 Tinted Face Sunscreen
Sunscreen is something that we should use all year round. The sunscreen can still help protect our skin, even when its not hot outside. I am someone who should definitely be better about putting sunscreen on. Only the last few years, have I really been spending a lot of time outside… gardening.
This month, I received a sample of Bare Republic Mineral SPF 30 Tinted Face Sunscreen . Now, I rarely use “tinted” anything. It is so hard to match my skin tone, I just don’t even try these days. But I wanted to see what this was like.
After squeezing a bit on to my hands, it is obvious why the say to “Shake Well” on the tube. A bunch of liquid came out first. I shook it a bit more vigorously and it was still kinda watery. I applied some to the left side of my face. It didn’t see a huge difference, when it comes to a tinted lotion. I don’t see me using this in the future. I may change my mind, when summer returns.

CBD Cream with Borage
This CBD Cream with Borage, in my Daily Goodie Box, came at the perfect time. I was having a ridiculous spasm in my calf and decided this would be the time to test this out. Now, most of the CBD products I have tried haven’t really worked for my chronic pain, but will relieve minor annoyances.
So I rubbed some of this on my calf, and within 15 minutes, the spasms lessened greatly. These spasms were going for a good 30 minutes and I was going a bit crazy. I am going to keep this in my nightstand, for quick applications.

Fire Cider Super Shots
Apple Cider Vinegar is new to me. I know that vinegar typically forces me to make a face when taking. But I do know that there are many health benefits to using apple cider vinegar. I might not have find the right method yet.
This month, Daily Goodie Box sent a sample of Fire Cider Super Shots, a Wellness Tonic (with the Mother). The ingredients listed horseradish, habanero and black pepper… so there is your “Fire” with the cider right there.
After tasting, I made that same face again. It was very vinegar forward. But after the initial punch in the face of vinegar, I can definitely taste the citrus, wildflower honey, and peppers. Personally, I don’t feel that this is something I will use on a regular basis. But I am happy I was able to try Apple Cider Vinegar in a different way.

One of the things I love the most about my Daily Goodie Boxes, is that my son gets to help me test some of the products. And then he will go FaceTime one of his buddies to show them something new and cool.
As soon as my son saw the Jack N’ Jill packing, he looked at me and smiled. He knew this was one for him to help me test. He loved the packaging. I call him my little monkey, he is always jumping around. The sanitizer itself doesn’t have any scent. The holder has a cute little strap, to keep it attached to whatever you chose. His first outing, after receiving this, he wanted to take it with him.
