I’ve had to get up, get out and function more than usual this week. Every night when I lay down for bed, I put on my heating pad wrap and pull up my foot/leg massager. It helps me start to relax for the night.

My right shoulder has been giving me trouble, lately. Limited range of motion, weird cramps and spasms. It has been teetering on dislocation for the last three days.
