When it comes to vitamins for Hair, Skin & Nails… I don’t have a lot of other products to compare it to. I only take a multivitamin and haven’t experimented too much with specialized vitamins.

Daily Goodie Box included a sample of Vit Health Beyond Gorgeous Vitamins for Hair, Skin & Nails. I have taken some for about a week and not noticing much of a difference. But when it comes to EDS & Fibromyalgia, our skin, hair and nails are an issue. So I won’t hold that against Vit Health at all.
