Hudson Henry Granola ~ Maple, Pecan & Coconut
Any granola lovers out there? I have always enjoyed granola in its many forms. I typically for for boring general type of granola but these days, there are so many different combinations, I wouldn’t know where to begin. Luckily, I didn’t have to make a choice. Daily Goodie Box sent a sample of Hudson Henry Baking Co Maple, Pecans and Coconut Granola.
To start, I love these ingredients individually. I am hopeful that I will enjoy the combination of all three together. Now when it comes to consuming granola, I like it by itself or in milk. I also love granola bars, but that’s not an option for this tasting.
After tasting it dry, I am already in love. The pecan, maple and coconut work very well together. Great crunch! I would definitely eat this just as is. Now, I can’t wait to try it with milk!
I passed the bag over to my husband and he couldn’t get enough. He laughed and said “Ha, you’re not getting back”. Well, he did end up passing it back and we are both LOVING the Hudson Henry Baking Co Maple, Pecans and Coconut Granola. I went straight to website to see how much it is, so we can get more and to see what other flavors are available. All of the flavors sound incredibly appealing to me. I may have to buy the one that has all of the flavors.
After tasting it with milk, well we ate it all. So I’ll have to buy more and see how it is with milk.
I would LOVE to blog my way through tasting all of the flavors of granola from Hudson Henry Baking Co !

Homefree ~ Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies
When it comes to sweets, cookies can definitely be one of my weaknesses. Chocolate Chip is my favorite and has been since as long as I can remember.
Lately, I’ve been needing to adjust my diet and cut back on some of my sugar intake. So I have been very interested in trying new products that are better for me, instead of the same old brands (that helped get me in the situation I’m in).
This month, I was able to try Home Free Treats Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies from my Daily Goodie Box.
I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious these Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies taste! YUM! They taste way better than a national brand, that shall remain nameless. I could really see myself eating these on a regular basis.
These cookies are: Egg Free, Dairy Free, Peanut Free, Nut Free, Gluten Free, Rice Free, Whole Grain, non GMO
I browsed through the website and there are a few flavors I’d like to try. Big fan of these little cookies!

Beauty Without Cruelty ~ Fragrance Free Hand & Body Lotion
It’s been a while since I have found a new lotion that I really like, that doesn’t have a fragrance. Sometimes a scent can just cause my allergies to wild, sneezing like crazy. This month, I was able to try Beauty Without Cruelty Fragrance Free Hand and Body Lotion from Daily Goodie Box. I have been looking for a new night time hand lotion, so this was great timing.
After I tried on my hands, I really liked how soft my hands are feeling. Not greasy, which is a big plus. And it’s nice to have a lotion without a fragrance sometimes, just want to soften my hands. This would definitely be a lotion that I would keep on my nightstand, to use when I’m getting ready for bed.

Artisana Organic ~ Raw Pecan Butter with Cashews
Nut Butters are fairly new to my life. I mean I have had peanut butter my whole life, but I have just started branching out trying other nut butters. I love nuts for snacking, so why not try more of what you can do with those nuts?! Plus, nuts are great if you are trying to lower your cholesterol.
Luckily, this month, Daily Goodie Box sent a couple of samples of Artisana Organics Pecan Butter with Cashews . Right off the bat, I’m in. Love pecans and cashews, so instantly I’m intrigued.
So after tasting, I noticed it is not nearly as sweet as peanut butter. I really taste the individual flavors of both the pecan and the cashew. The cashew bits are very tiny and easy to chew. I would maybe pair this with a chocolate, to add a little sweetness to it. Adding it to a cracker may be too dry, but drizzle on some apple slices and I think you have something. Very tasty!
I would really like to try each of Artisana Organics nut butters. This is opening up a new world for me.

Bare Republic ~ Mineral Sunscreen Stick
With Spring in full bloom, I have been spending a lot more time in my backyard watering the plants, feeding the birds, blowing bubbles with my son, etc… I really need to be using sunscreen.
One of the reasons I don’t use much is because it gets my hands all messy and greasy. I smell like sunscreen. And most of the time, I just forget anyway (with the brain fog).
Daily Goodie Box included a sample of Bare Republic Mineral SPF 50 Sport Sunscreen Stick . Already, I’m loving this idea. A stick. No greasy hands or mess. Now, to the smell… it does NOT smell like a tradition sunscreen. C’mon, you know the smell I am talking about.
So this scent is labeled Vanilla-Coco. After many waves in front of my nose, I finally figured out what it was. So I had my husband smell it and he said “Vanilla Yankee Candle”. To me, it was kinda like Vanilla Cake Batter. So I guess a mix between the two.
Currently, I have this stick set by the back door. That way I can apply before I go out to work in the backyard. It would super easy to slide into my purse as well. BIG FAN!

Daily Goodie Box included a nice full sized sample of YouTheory Immune+ Daily Wellness Supplement . In this package, is 150 vegetarian capsules of full spectrum mushrooms. It helps with all season immune support and fortifies immune defenses.
Mushrooms and I don’t have a good relationship. I’m not of fan of them to begin with but they seem to mess with my tummy. So I steer clear of any and all mushrooms.
I will pass this awesome full sized sample on to one of my friends who would take it and enjoys mushrooms.

NFco ~ Original Natural Toothpaste
There are so many different kinds of toothpaste out there now than when I was a kid. There are a lot more natural toothpastes popping up, too. Daily Goodie Box included a sample of NFco Original Natural Toothpaste . The packaging is cute, simple and clean looking.
When I squeezed the tube, the first thing I noticed was that it looked more like a gel than a paste. It looked different than most of the toothpastes I have tried in the past. It definitely had a minty flavor, but not over powering. A very subtle mint.
It was nice, but I don’t see myself using it over my current toothpaste.

Herbal Zap ~ Herbal Health Drinks
If you have been following me for a while, you know that I don’t drink much tea. I am a coffee girl. So these three samples of Herbal Zap from Daily Goodie Box would be completely lost on me. I don’t like any herbal tasting teas or drinks. I have tried each of these in the past, as well, which is why I don’t want to open these up and spoil them for anyone that would enjoy it.
I do have some herbal tea drinkers in the family, so I will pass these their way.
