Collagen products are kinda new to me. I know all about collagen when it comes to my Ehlers-Danlos (Lack of Collagen in our body), but I haven’t tried many products that I would ingest. I have heard it can be helpful but I have heard it can also cause some stomach discomfort as we don’t process the collagen as it should be. I don’t know…
But I want to at least try the product, even if I don’t drink the whole thing. So after tasting, it didn’t taste much like anything. I am just a little hesitant to drink more as I am already in about a two month flare up. Don’t want to make anything worse.
