This month, Daily Goodie Box sent a sample of Bitsy’s Good Cookies ~ Oatmeal Raisin Sweet Potato. It’s funny, because last month, I experimented with an Oatmeal Sweet Potato Muffin Recipes (DELISH, by the way). I hadn’t really hard of pairing oatmeal and sweet potato together until I was looking for recipes to lower my cholesterol.
After tasting, I thought the cookies were good. I can taste each individual flavor in this cookie and it works for me. I wouldn’t be able to eat a whole bag in one setting, but I would take a couple of cookies here and there. Plus, I love the little designs on the cookies themselves. Very cute!
My 6 year old said he really loves it and would like to try other flavors. So I went browsing through the different flavors they sell and I would be interested in trying any of the them. I know the little one is down for a taste test.
