Brami ~ Italian Snacking Lupini Beans
This Daily Goodie Box is coming at the perfect time. It seems to be filled with snacks that are perfect for me starting my low cholesterol diet. Here is another different snack, that I am anxious to try. Brami Italian Snacking Lupini Beans are totally new to me.
After browsing the Brami website, I really want to try their hummus selection, as well. I am a newbie when it comes to hummus, but that’s yet another snack that is ideal for a low cholesterol diet.
The family and I tried the Lupini Beans (Salt & Vinegar). First, let me say that I do not like Salt & Vinegar flavored anything, just not typically my thing. Ok, so after trying my first bean, I wasn’t completely turned off. It did have a strong start. It kind of reminds me of the saltiness of an olive, which I love. I ate a few and really didn’t mind it at all. My husband said he likes them, too. He thinks they are similar to a lima or butter bean as far as consistency, and that they take on the flavor profile you pair them with. Little man (6 year old), not diggin’ them at all.
So now I know what they taste like. I would be interested in trying the Chili & Lime, as well.

Interstate Bait ~ Big Game Brisket Sunflower Seeds
When it come to sunflower seeds, I am kind of a newbie. I mean I have had sunflower seeds, but nothing flavored and having had any in years. When Daily Goodie Box included a sample of Interstate Bait Big Game Brisket Sunflower Seeds , I was stoked to try. With the recent news of needing to lower my cholesterol, this would be a great new snack to keep in the pantry (if I love it).

While I found the taste of these Interstate Bait Big Game Brisket Sunflower Seeds enjoyable, the reward is so small for the work you have to put into separating the shell from the seeds. I did love the flavor, though. Garlic and the smoky flavor… yes!!
Update: My son and I have gone back several times to snack on these. The flavor makes them worth the work.

Real Chemistry ~ Environmental Rescue Daily Serum
I have been lucky enough to sample many products from Real Chemistry. (See below for previous posts). Trying new beauty products is fun for me. Not all of them can be winners, but I find a lot of neat products through Daily Goodie Box that I wouldn’t normally buy on my own.
I was able to try this Environmental Rescue Daily Serum a couple of months ago and really liked it a lot. I haven’t kept up with the daily routine of it, but I definitely plan on getting back to it. It is super to easy to use and didn’t feel greasy or anything like that on my skin.

2×4 ~ Lipisomal Vitamin C
When I saw that Daily Goodie Box was including 2by4 Liposomal Vitamin C , I truly did not know what that meant. After visiting their website, it all became clearer. You use one teaspoon of the Liposomal Vitamin C a day for Immune Health and Cardiovascular Support.
With needing to lower my cholesterol, this sounds like a great way to help ensure that I get my citrus daily. One teaspoon doesn’t seem like much, but:
1 teaspoon = As much Vitamin C as 20 Oranges
PER 2×4 WEBSITE
The directions say to take 1 teaspoon daily. It is fortified with xanthan gum to help promote digestive health. Plus, it is safe for the kiddos.
After testing, it tasted fine. It wasn’t overwhelming in anyway. I added a teaspoon of it to my water and went on with my day. I would like to keep up with it and see if I feel any differently or if it helps keep the sick away.

Pretzel Pete ~ Whole Wheat Mini Twists
I love pretzels. Big soft ones, small crunchy ones. I just love pretzels. One of my favorite snacks. Also, a great snack for those (like me) who need to lower their cholesterol.
So when Daily Goodie Box sent a sample of Pretzel Pete Whole Wheat Mini Twists , I was already excited. And this particular sample, doesn’t have any flavors. Usually, I want to try a new brand by their regular/original flavor. This one is the Whole Wheat Mini Twists. Right up my alley.
After crunching, I would have liked a tad more salt. These pretzels were just ok for me and the little guy. They tasted a little stale, maybe? I don’t want to say that for sure, but they weren’t as “airy” as I was hoping they would be.

Know Brainer ~ Max Mallow Burnt Caramel
Any marshmallow lovers out there? If so, this may be the post for you. Have you heard of Max Mallows? I hadn’t until it showed up in my Daily Goodie Box. I like marshmallows, but haven’t tried too many of the flavored. Plus, these looks like they have WAY less sugar that the national brands. (See Chart Below)
After reading the story of Max Mallows, I was intrigued. I, too, have to change up my nutrition for medical reasons. This could be a great new snack for my Low Cholesterol Diet.

Once I tried a bite of my Burnt Caramel Max Mallow, I really did enjoy it. It was super soft and very easy to eat. It tastes like a roasted marshmallow, with some vanilla and brown sugar. Quite delightful! My husband and I really liked it. Little man did not, sadly. He loves marshmallows, but this flavor I guess wasn’t for him.
I would love to try each of their flavors. I bet I would be into most of them, if not all. YUM! If Know Brainer works with bloggers, please let me know 🙂

Zolli Candy ~ Zolli Gummeez
One of the phrases I am so sick of hearing lately is, “Can I have some candy?”. All this kid wants is candy, and I have to say no, most of the time. When I saw that Daily Goodie Box was sending a sample of Zolli Gummeez , I was super excited. I remember hearing about Zollipops and that it was sugar free. Much better than most of the candy out there.
After my little guy tried the Zolli Gummeez, he is now obsessed. Always wanting to “clean his teeth”. We are very excited to try the other products. I will feel a lot more confident giving my son Zolli Candy knowing it is sugar free.

Shi Kai ~ CBD Body Lotion
When it comes to CBD, I am still fairly new. I have tried a few products here and there. I have only found one product that really works for my pain. I was super intrigued when I saw Daily Goodie Box was sending ShiKai CBD Body Lotion to test out this month. I have not found a good CBD lotion, yet, so I am trying not to get my hopes up to high in regards to this working or relieving pain.
After testing, I haven’t felt much of a difference. In all fairness, the ONLY CBD product that I have found that works is a salve. So this lotion may absolutely work for someone with less chronic issues.
