Are you a shower or a bath person? Typically, I am a shower person. It is a lot faster, and easier for me and my Chronic Pain. It is hard for me to get up and down in a tub. And once I am in, it is super uncomfortable.
With that being said, I wasn’t quite sure how I would test the Green Goo – Love Sweet Love Bath Salts that is in this month’s Daily Goodie Box. So I went to the website, and found that this can also be used as a foot bath. Genius idea!
Here are the directions per Green Goo :
Add to the tub or a foot bath.
For a foot bath, a few table spoons should do.
For a soak, people seem to enjoy a range from a quarter cup to a full cup. If you’re not sure, start small and add more as needed.
Please be mindful of the fact that our bath salts contain essential oils, which may result in a little extra cleaning after use.

Soothe Irritated Skin
After soaking my feet, my feet feel nice and definitely smell like hibiscus. The scent is a little too strong for my nose, but it does make my feet feel soft. I am going to do this again, here and there for a while to see if there are any long term benefits. I don’t really pamper myself like I should. This is a good way to start.
