2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 375.
Line cookie sheets with parchment and set aside.
Add ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well with a hand mixer.
Then kneed to form a dough. Break into portions and use a rolling pin to flatten. Make 1/4 in or thinner. I go thinner with mine.
Use your favorite cookie cutter and cut out your treat. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. You don’t need a lot of space in between.
Bake 375 for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Store in air tight container.
