Once in a while, I like to try need sleep aids. Not many work well for me. Either I am too groggy the next day, or it doesn’t work to begin with. When Daily Goodie Box sent Michael’s® Naturopathic Programs – Sleep Factors™ in this month’s box, I was interested to see. While it did work, it helped me fall asleep, I woke up around 3am and it was hard to get back to sleep. Now, with my medical issues, I wouldn’t assume that this is the norm for how this works. Several sleep aids do this to me. I have major sleep issues. So you should give it a try and see for yourself!
