Chocolate Cake Mix Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

2 eggs

1/3 c oil

1 box Devil’s Food Chocolate Cake Mix

Powdered Sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet(s) with parchment paper.

Mix eggs, oils and cake mix in a bowl with a mixer until well combined.

Get a wide bowl. Add some powdered sugar into the bowl.

Use a scoop and drop batter into a bowl of powdered sugar or use the scoop to get the amount you need and then roll into a ball with your hands , then drop into the powdered sugar. Depends on how perfectly rough you want the cookies.

Roll the ball around in the powdered sugar and coat all sides. Then place on the cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes.

Transfer to wire rack to cool completely. I like to put wax paper or paper towel under the wire rack, so I can sprinkle more powdered sugar on once cooled.
