So earlier today, I was doing some stuff on my phone and noticed my right thumb was shaking. Like bad. Everything I would lift it, it would shake uncontrollably. I put it back down and the tremors are less. Raise it back up, crazy town again.
This has happened to me in the past. Maybe a couple times a year, where it gets this bad. But it really just makes me pause. I don’t have as much strength in my hand when it does this, not that I’m super strong these days anyway.
Does this happen to you?
Do you have any remedies?
I have so many weird issues due to fibro that I just ignore it and figure it’ll sort out self out and either go away or be yet one more thing I have to learn to live with. I may have had tremors, don’t remember. I know I can’t do fine detail work anymore because my fingers no longer work like they used to. My current annoyance (aka torture) is my arm pits and wrists and sometimes feet itch like I have the worst case of poison ivy. It didn’t go away. It’s been a couple years now. Have you tried massaging your hands a couple times a day, or doing mobility work with them? I do hand and finger stretches which has helped keep my hands sorted.
