This month was a big month for our family. My husband started a new job and our son started kindergarten. Which also means, mommy has more time for herself these days. But I’m always looking for ways to save money and save time. Grab and go snacks are always so easy and convenient when putting lunches and snacks together.
My husband used to get the protein boxes from Starbucks, but they just seem so expensive. It’s too easy not to do myself. And much cheaper in the long run. So I started making protein boxes for him to take for breakfast.
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
A small handful of grapes
Half of an apple, sliced
A packet of Justin’s Honey Peanut Butter
Cheese (Babybell or string cheese)
