Confetti Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Box Vanilla Cake Mix
1/2 c oil
2 Eggs
Rainbow Sprinkles
Preheat Oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix all in a bowl. (Tip: add sprinkles in before mixing it seems to mix with the batter better)
Scoop out 1-2 inch balls on a baking sheet.
Bake 9-10 Minutes. Cool on cookie sheet 2-3 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
