Corn Spoonbread

I received a can of Del Monte in my Influenster #FeastVoxBox for free for my review and creativity. All opinions and photos are my own.

Del Monte is by far our favorite canned corn. Consistently perfect every time. Great to add to wonderful dinners or just by itself as a side dish.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into greased baking dishes. Bake and enjoy!

Corn Spoonbread

1 (8.5 oz) package JIFFY Corn Muffin Mix

1 (14.75 oz) can cream style corn

1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1 cup sour cream

3 eggs

½ teaspoon salt

1. Preheat the oven to 375° and lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, mix the ingredients.

3. Pour into the casserole dish.

4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
