Double Chocolate Bundt Cake

Gather your ingredients…

Cake mixes usually call for water, but my secret is to use coffee instead of water… especially for chocolate cakes. It really makes a difference. The cake is more moist and adds more flavor.

For this cake. I used Starbucks Sumatra Dark Roast.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake according to directions on box of cake.

Cool in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes before removing from pan.

Allow to cool completely before frosting.

And of course, cream cheese frosting pairs wonderfully with chocolate.
